Teachers need to download the StudentQR Points for Educators application using the App Store or Google Play Store.

StudentQR offers two types of plans: the School Plan and the Teacher Plan.
1. The School Plan is free when the school purchases QR badges, QR cards, or QR stickers from StudentQR.
2. The Teacher Plan is free for the first 30 students. With this plan, teachers can record attendance and good deeds without limits and enjoy full access to all features. The Teacher Plan also includes paid packages for larger student groups.

The QR Badge is a 3-in-1 combination that includes the school logo, student’s name, and unique QR code. It is made from durable cotton material that is resistant to fading and can withstand up to 300 rounds of washing and drying. Using the QR Badge can reduce teachers’ workload by up to 80% when recording student activities.
Parents can also monitor their child’s character development in real time through the ParentQR Points app. The system also works offline. Each student is provided with a QR Code in the form of a card or badge, which helps boost motivation and make learning more enjoyable in class.

No special devices are needed! You only need a mobile phone or tablet to download the StudentQR for Teachers or ParentQR Points applications. These apps are available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Once subscribed, you will receive access to the School Admin Website and the StudentQR Apps for Teachers and Parents. For School Plan subscribers, each student will receive a custom-designed StudentQR Card complete with a lanyard and card holder.

For the School Plan, there is no limit. All students can be registered in the system without restriction. However, for the Teacher Plan, only the first 30 students are included for free. Teachers who wish to add more students can upgrade to a paid package according to the desired number of students.

‘Daily Attendance’ can only be recorded once per day for each student. Meanwhile, ‘Subject Attendance’ can be recorded multiple times a day, depending on the subjects or activities conducted. For example, schools can use ‘Subject Attendance’ to record attendance for activities such as meetings, sports day, or lab sessions.
Yes, you can. This system can be used to record students’ co-curricular activities and achievements. Schools can add and customize the list of co-curricular achievements or activities they wish to record under the “Manage Items” section in the portal.

Usually, the ‘Admin’ is appointed by the school, which may include the principal, duty teacher, discipline teacher, or the Senior Assistant of Student Affairs (PK HEM). StudentQR does not collect any sensitive data and only requires the student’s name and class for registration. All data stored in the StudentQR system is encrypted and cannot be accessed by external parties.
The school retains full ownership of all data registered in StudentQR. Additionally, all data and reports are processed through AWS Amazon servers based in Malaysia, which are ISO-certified by the Securities Commission Malaysia to ensure data security and compliance.
