StudentQR offers two types of plans: the School Plan and the Teacher Plan.
The School Plan is free when the school purchases QR badges, QR cards, or QR stickers from StudentQR.
The Teacher Plan is free for the first 30 students. With this plan, teachers can record attendance and good deeds without limits and enjoy full access to all features. The Teacher Plan also includes paid packages for larger student groups.

For Malaysian government schools, the annual system cost of RM50 has been fully subsidised. Schools only need to pay for the QR Badges or QR Cards, which are charged per product (with no additional yearly fee).

The QR Badge is a 3-in-1 combination that includes the school logo, student’s name, and unique QR code. It is made from durable cotton material that is resistant to fading and can withstand up to 300 rounds of washing and drying. Using the QR Badge can reduce teachers’ workload by up to 80% when recording student activities.
Parents can also monitor their child’s character development in real time through the ParentQR Points app. The system also works offline. Each student is provided with a QR code in the form of a card or badge, which helps boost motivation and make learning more enjoyable in class.
Parents can access their child’s information by downloading the “ParentQR Points” app. Usage instructions are provided with each purchase of a QR Badge or QR Card. Through this app, parents can view and monitor their child’s daily behaviour and activities at school, based on the records entered by teachers.

Teachers can contact the StudentQR team via https://studentqr.wasap.my and provide details such as the teacher’s name and school name. After that, the StudentQR team will create a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication with the school.
No special devices are needed! You only need a mobile phone or tablet to download the StudentQR for Teachers or ParentQR Points applications. These apps are available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Once subscribed, you will receive access to the School Admin Website and the StudentQR Apps for Teachers and Parents. For School Plan subscribers, each student will receive a custom-designed StudentQR Card complete with a lanyard and card holder.
The school finalises the student data.
The school selects the QR Badge design.
The school reviews and confirms the QR Badge artwork.
An invoice is issued, and payment should be made within 7 days.
Badges will be printed within 14 working days after payment is received.
The completed badges will be shipped to the school.
For public schools in Malaysia, the school can purchase QR Badges or Physical QR Cards to start using the system. For private schools, the school may subscribe to the system annually based on the number of students. Each student will receive a QR Badge or QR Card. Schools may also try the system through a free trial before placing an order.

For the School Plan, there is no limit. All students can be registered in the system without restriction. However, for the Teacher Plan, only the first 30 students are included for free. Yes, you can. Teachers can follow these steps:

Add an attendance item - Navigate to Attendance Items and create a new item. Select Item Type: “Subject Attendance” and name it according to the sports club or co-curricular unit.
Create a group - Set up a dedicated Group for that sports club or co-curricular activity.
Add student names - Add or import the list of students into the group.

‘Daily Attendance’ can only be recorded once per day for each student. Meanwhile, ‘Subject Attendance’ can be recorded multiple times a day, depending on the subjects or activities conducted. For example, schools can use ‘Subject Attendance’ to record attendance for activities such as meetings, sports day, or lab sessions.
Yes, you can. You just need to create a new activity item for parents and select Item Type: “Parent”.
