Yes. Ibadah Tracker, an Android/IOS application which aims to record the Ibadah and the good deeds, especially during the holy month of Ramadhan, and it will be stored automatically and forever! You can track and monitor your Ibadah performance daily and strive healthily with your family members!

To be a good Muslim, we are supposed to improve ourselves and upgrade our Ibadah better than the year before.
Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said, "Indeed, the most successful people are those whose today is better than yesterday, and the ones who fail are those whose today is worse than yesterday, and the gullible ones are those whose today is the same as yesterday." (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)
The problem is, how do we make sure that this year will be better than last year and the year before if we never record our Ibadah? It is the mission of Ibadah tracker to record the Ibadah performed in the cloud, and we can view the record whenever and wherever we are.
Originally, Ibadah Tracker by QRPoints is a system to record students' behavior at schools. However, now it can also be used by parents to monitor the family's Ibadah activities. Ibadah Tracker can increase our family's motivation, especially the students, to be more enthusiastic about doing good deeds and Ibadah activities in this holy month of Ramadhan.
Apart from that, this application can also help to strengthen the family's bonds even during Movement Control Order (MCO). Students will also feel excited to perform Ibadah, and they will also be inspired to see their rank on the 'real-time leaderboard.'
Every day, StudentQR will provide daily tazkirah notification, which will appear in the application to all family members who have registered.

How do I log in to the StudentQR app for teachers?

For Malaysian government schools, the annual system cost of RM50 has been fully subsidised. Schools only need to pay for the QR Badges or QR Cards, which are charged per product (with no additional yearly fee).

How can I start purchasing QR Badges from StudentQR?

What is the subscription period?
For government schools, payment is only required when purchasing QR Badges or QR Cards. For private schools, payment is on a yearly basis, depending on the number of students subscribed.
What devices are required to use StudentQR, and what is included in the subscription package?
No special devices are needed! You only need a mobile phone or tablet to download the StudentQR for Teachers or ParentQR Points applications. These apps are available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Once subscribed, you will receive access to the School Admin Website and the StudentQR Apps for Teachers and Parents. For School Plan subscribers, each student will receive a custom-designed StudentQR Card complete with a lanyard and card holder.

Is there a limit to the number of students that can be registered in the system?
For the School Plan, there is no limit. All students can be registered in the system without restriction. However, for the Teacher Plan, only the first 30 students are included for free. Teachers who wish to add more students can upgrade to a paid package according to the desired number of students.
Can I record activities using my laptop?
Yes, of course you can! Teachers can use the new StudentQR Teacher Portal to record student activities using a laptop through the following link:

What if a student joins/leaves the school or changes class?
Teachers can manage student information via the Admin Portal and arrange students into the correct classes according to the latest changes.
Why can’t I log in to the system even though I’ve already registered on the website?
Registering on www.studentqr.com means you agree to receive updates and subscription information from us. Our team will contact you after you have submitted the registration form for the next step, which is creating your account in the system using the email and WhatsApp number you provided.
Which grade levels are suitable for using the StudentQR system?
The StudentQR system can be used by all grade levels, from preschool to secondary school. In addition, universities and other institutions can also benefit from the system. StudentQR is also used in exhibitions and special programs to enhance engagement between exhibitors and visitors.

What is the difference between ‘Daily Attendance’ and ‘Subject Attendance’?
‘Daily Attendance’ can only be recorded once per day for each student. Meanwhile, ‘Subject Attendance’ can be recorded multiple times a day, depending on the subjects or activities conducted. For example, schools can use ‘Subject Attendance’ to record attendance for activities such as meetings, sports day, or lab sessions.
Can I include activities at home, such as doing homework, helping parents, and others?
Yes, you can.
You just need to create a new activity item for parents and select Item Type: “Parent”.

Yes, you can. This system can be used to record students’ co-curricular activities and achievements. Schools can add and customize the list of co-curricular achievements or activities they wish to record under the “Manage Items” section in the portal.

Who can access the Admin website?
Usually, the ‘Admin’ is appointed by the school, which may include the principal, duty teacher, discipline teacher, or the Senior Assistant of Student Affairs (PK HEM). Other teachers can access the system through the “Teacher Apps” and “Teacher Portal”, while parents can view information through the “Parent Apps”.

How can I ensure that the system’s data security is guaranteed?
StudentQR does not collect any sensitive data and only requires the student’s name and class for registration. All data stored in the StudentQR system is encrypted and cannot be accessed by external parties.
The school retains full ownership of all data registered in StudentQR. Additionally, all data and reports are processed through AWS Amazon servers based in Malaysia, which are ISO-certified by the Securities Commission Malaysia to ensure data security and compliance.
Can I use a different language?
The school may choose to standardize the language used according to its preference, whether in Malay, English, or other preferred languages.
Has this system been approved by the Ministry of Education (Malaysia)?
Yes, StudentQR was approved by the School Management Division (BPSH) of the Ministry of Education Malaysia in 2021.
