StudentQR does not collect any sensitive data and only requires the student’s name and class for registration. All data stored in the StudentQR system is encrypted and cannot be accessed by external parties.
The school retains full ownership of all data registered in StudentQR. Additionally, all data and reports are processed through AWS Amazon servers based in Malaysia, which are ISO-certified by the Securities Commission Malaysia to ensure data security and compliance.
The school may choose to standardize the language used according to its preference, whether in Malay, English, or other preferred languages.
Yes, StudentQR was approved by the School Management Division (BPSH) of the Ministry of Education Malaysia in 2021.

Yes, they can. Here’s how to update previous attendance records:
Open the StudentQR Points app.
Tap ‘History’.
Tap ‘Filter’, then select the relevant ‘Items’ and date.
Tap ‘Update’, then delete and resubmit the item.

Click ‘Attendance’, then select ‘View for Attendance’ to review or adjust records.
