The QR Badge is a 3-in-1 combination that includes the school logo, student’s name, and unique QR code. It is made from durable cotton material that is resistant to fading and can withstand up to 300 rounds of washing and drying. Using the QR Badge can reduce teachers’ workload by up to 80% when recording student activities.
Parents can also monitor their child’s character development in real time through the ParentQR Points app. The system also works offline. Each student is provided with a QR code in the form of a card or badge, which helps boost motivation and make learning more enjoyable in class.
The school may collect payment for the QR Badge from parents. This fee can be included in the mandatory school items list at the beginning of the school year.
The school finalises the student data.
The school selects the QR Badge design.
The school reviews and confirms the QR Badge artwork.
An invoice is issued, and payment should be made within 7 days.
Badges will be printed within 14 working days after payment is received.

Usually, the ‘Admin’ is appointed by the school, which may include the principal, duty teacher, discipline teacher, or the Senior Assistant of Student Affairs (PK HEM). Other teachers can access the system through the “Teacher Apps” and “Teacher Portal”, while parents can view information through the “Parent Apps”.
Once you have successfully registered and logged in, teachers can begin recording attendance and logging students’ good behaviour. To record students’ good behaviour, teachers must use their registered email in the system and are not encouraged to use the admin email for this purpose.
